CMSI Supports FOX During 2026 Upfront Presentations

Have you ever wondered why an ad for a new, shiny pickup truck happened to appear during a commercial break from the Eagles game? Well, we don’t necessarily know why it was a truck, but we do know where and when the decision was made.

Every spring, major television networks gather advertisers, agency buyers, and media partners for one of the broadcast industry’s biggest traditions: the Upfronts. These large-scale live presentations give networks an opportunity to showcase upcoming programming, major live events, and future content plans to the advertisers who purchase commercial inventory throughout the year.

This year, CMSI supported FOX during its 2026 Upfront presentation in New York City, providing editing infrastructure and on-site engineering support for the event.

Supporting a High-Profile Industry Event

While audiences at home rarely see the production side of the Upfronts, these presentations are major live events that require polished media workflows, rapid-turnaround editing, and reliable technical infrastructure. Networks use them to introduce advertisers to upcoming premieres, sports coverage, streaming initiatives, and major entertainment properties that will define the upcoming television season.

For FOX’s 2026 presentation, CMSI supported the production environment with editing equipment and engineering expertise, helping ensure media operations ran smoothly throughout the event.

Trusted Support for High-Visibility Productions

Being called upon to support an event of this scale reflects the kind of technical trust CMSI has built across live production environments. Large presentations like the Upfronts operate on tight schedules with little room for technical issues, making reliable workflows and experienced engineering support essential.

CMSI’s involvement with the FOX Upfronts continues the company’s broader work supporting high-profile live productions across sports, entertainment, and broadcast media.

Behind the Scenes of Broadcast Television

Although Upfront presentations are designed for advertisers, they also serve as large-scale live productions that bring together creative, technical, and operational teams behind the scenes. Events like these rely on experienced partners who can adapt quickly and keep production moving, and we’re happy to be that partner for FOX (even if we don’t get a new truck out of the deal).
